About Founder

The founder, Adv. Robin has more than 14 years of professional experience in providing legal services to Indian and multinational companies. He was previously associated with compliance consulting firms namely Chess Management and PwC where he gained proficiency in traditional as well as the latest legal solutions such as statutory compliance framework implementation and audits, compliance management tool audits, litigation management reviews, and legal compliance training. He has traveled PAN India and has on-the-ground experience in factories, warehouses, registered offices, and corporate offices for the above assignments. His major experience is in employment law, environmental health and safety laws (EHS Laws), corporate laws, taxation laws (direct tax & indirect tax), industry-specific laws including information technology laws, food safety laws, legal metrology laws etc..
